Poor customer service. I called to discuss a warranty question. I was routed multiple times before being given a shot to talk to a human. They did not appear to have the information as to how the multi-year warranty process works and offered to transfer me to a manager. The manager did not answer so the line auto-transferred me to a general line that went unanswered for 5 min before I hung up. But each time I was transferred, I was informed of the convenience of logging onto my online account and checking the status of my orders. What a waste.

I recently went to Lowe’s on South Range Line in Joplin. I was looking for a particular plant and Jean, in the plant Dept, was fantastic! She was readily available, knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and a great addition to the salesforce! if you’re looking for plants and a knowledgeable associate who can assist you, Lowe’s is your place and Jean is your lady!

Very disappointed Garden Center gate was closed. And nobody working checkout. This time of year (early fall) many of us are prepping gardens for winter. Still willing to spend money. C'mon -- staff the Damn garden center!

We have three.options here in town and Lowe's is the most consistently in stock on what I need. I've also made mower and appliance purchases and have been pleased with their quality and performance. The only negative is their parking - it's just difficult to get in, out, and across.

They let me borrow their ramps for my mower I bought because I didnt have any. Really nice staff!
